Please pray for a good report for my friend. They found a suspicious growth on his prostate and he received a bad report from his blood work. He and his family have been through so much this past year. Please pray that it will be benign and not cancer. Thank you for praying.

My wife asked for a
divorce several months ago and we have been separated
since then. Her minister/father was killed in an auto
accident early last year while doing visitation. She and
her family became angry at the Lord. The whole family
needs prayer. She says she has trouble trusting the
Lord. She is really confused. She has quit going to
church. I am praying for her healing/reconciliation with
the Lord and in our marriage and ask that you pray in
agreement with me. I am praying for a Damascus Road
experience for her. There are also some people around
her that are giving her unGodly advice and some of these
ties need to be severed and it needs to be stopped with
the ties that can’t be severed. I really need some
spirit filled prayer
warriors behind
me praying in agreement with me. It is truly going to

Hi Pastor
Steve,
Its really good to hear from you. It is really good to
know that there are good Christian people out there that
really are concerned and care.
Things have been going quite well until the last few
days. My wife and I have been staying together about 5
nights a week which is a great step in the right
direction. Sometimes something comes over her though.
She says it is fear. When this happens she goes
into a panic mode and starts acting strange and trying
to distance herself from me. Yesterday when I got up to
get ready for work I made her coffee on the way out the
door. She normally gets up before I leave and makes
coffee for me. I was just trying to be nice. I went back
to the bedroom before leaving, kissed her, told her that
I loved her and I had made her coffee. Then I left. She
usually calls me on her way to work and she avoided me
most of the day. Then she called and told me she did not
understand why I was being good to her. (Which I do
special things for her very often.) She said she
suspected that I wanted something. She says she has
trouble trusting people. My wife has been married before
and had some really bad experiences. She also told me
that she does not understand how I can be so good to her
or why I'm am so good to her after she has hurt me so
many times. I have told her that it is only by the love
of Christ that
is in me. She called back last night to tell me that she
was OK that she was only scared. She also called this
morning and seems to be fine. I'm sorry if I sound like
I'm trying to unload on you. I only share these things
because I need someone to pray in agreement with me for
healing and deliverance. I normally fast at lunch at
least one day a week and spend as much time as possible
in prayer.
I'm not sure if I mentioned it but my wife bought a
house after we seperated. I had a condo we were trying
to sell before the seperation. Now we have both which
are about 30 miles apart. I desperately need to sell the
condo. I am supposed to show it tomorrow night. Please
be in prayer with me about this situation.
I want to really thank you and the church for your
prayers. I can't thank you enough or tell you what it

Follow Up letter #2 from Man in in Indiana

Hi Pastor Steve,
I have
wonderful news to share with you. Sorry I have not
contacted you sooner.
I started moving into the house my wife wife bought
while we were seperated over the weekend. She had
been talking to me about this for several weeks. On
Friday (3/4/10) I received a call regarding the
condo I have been trying to sell. The man who called
was asking me about renting/leasing it. He told me
that he was leasing another unit on the street
behind it and they had sold it the night before he
called. He said he just loves the subdivision and
wanted to stay in it. He said he had given them a
$1000 deposit and was paying $1000 per month for the
unit he was renting. It is a 2 bedroom unit similar
to mine. He is single and does not drink or party.
He stated that he spends most of his time working.
He owns two restaurants in the area. He said that he
gave his current landlords 3 checks at a time for
rent. He expressed interest in buying the unit after
a 1 year lease or possibly before the lease is up.
After praying about the situation I called him back
and showed it to him over the weekend. He just
loved it. The layout is a little different than the
one he is currently in and he said it was much
better suited for him. He kept talking about buying
the unit. I will be able to pay the mortgage, home
owners fees and will even make a profit.
As I was driving home last Monday night my wife
called me to tell me she had a surprise for me. I
got home and she hugged me and with tears in her
eyes she held out her left hand. She had put her wedding
rings back
on after months of not wearing them. I had been
praying about this and asking the Lord to help in
that situation. I had not said anything to her or
anybody else about the rings except to pray about
it. I told her Thank You and she said what are you
thanking me for I'm your wife I'm supposed to be
wearing them.
I can not tell you how great I have felt. I can not
thank you enough for your prayers. Please continue
to pray for us. God is still in the miracle
business.

Dear Pastor Steve,
My son was also released from prison in the last couple of weeks. He seems to be really trying to do what is right. He has had a couple of really bad seizures and is having some trouble controlling his sugar. He is also trying to get on disability which he really needs badly right now. He is not able to work because of his epilepsy and diabetes and does not have insurance. He has a court date in a couple of months. Please continue to pray for him. Kirk

Dear Friends -
Tomorrow morning at 5:45am I'll check into Sutter
Sacramento Hospital
for a
heart surgery at 7:30. This four-hour procedure
is to correct a
problem - called A-fib - where my heart produces "extra"
electrical
signals. These interfere with the main signal, and my
cardiologist says
this is the time to deal with it.
The surgery burns the small areas inside the heart that
are producing
the extra signals. In most cases, it reduces the risk of
stroke as the
patient gets older, and often allows the patient to go
off of
blood-thinner and other medications that have their own
long-term risks.
Ruth and I are grateful for your prayers. You have 'had
our backs" for
years, and we hope you will take a minute to remember us
tomorrow during
the surgery, and Wednesday after I come home to recover
here.

Thanks for all
the prayer. It worked!
I went in around 7:30, and by noon we were done. Dr
Stark told Ruth that
the procedure was very successful, and that's confirmed
by what the
nurses here in the monitoring/recovery ward say: that
there is a strong
steady sinus rhythm with no extraneous electrical
signals. No coffee
yet, Starbucks will be the real test.
I slept on and off yesterday afternoon, but was awake
from 4pm for Oprah
(interviewing Michael J Fox, whose Parkinson's makes my
issues seem
small indeed) and stayed awake until 11pm through the
first quarterfinal
of America's Got Talent. My pick: the Kentucky country
singer.
I'm feeling alert, no pain, just a bit of tightness in
the chest. Should
go home sometime this morning - depending on how busy
everyone is around
here. It's 9:30am, no check-out people in sight yet.
Gives me a chance
to
write all of you, though, and say thank you one more
time for
remembering us.

Lyndee Theado requests prayer for her husband John, who has been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease which can be fatal. John and Lyndee received the Lord here at CBC in late 2008 and the Lord truly has performed many miracles and healings for them. They moved to Oklahoma over three months ago but continue to keep contact with us. Together let's agree for John's miracle healing and anticipate hearing a wonderful praise report soon.

Update 3/2009:
Thank you for all
your prayers for my Dad, David. He just had new X-rays
and scans. It seems that his current medication is
doing its job. The cancer has not grown or spread the
last few months. It has not shrunk any but it also has
not spread which is good news. His current medication
is supposed to keep it from growing. He seems to be
doing well mentally and emotionally. So, please
continue praying for his complete healing from cancer.
It is in God's hands. We are believing for some type of
miracle healing whether God provides it through some
type of new medication or supernaturally.
Thank you again for all your prayers. I
will keep you updated as more good news comes in.

UPDATE:
Thank you for your prayers for my father, David. I just
talked to him and he did not seem depressed or anything
like that. Seemed like his normal self. Of course he
has a harder time breathing than anyone else but he
seems to be staying steady at this point. In the next
month he is supposed to have a bunch of different scans
and X-rays to see what is going on in his body. I pray
that the cancer has shrunk. I pray even for the scans
to show the cancer has shrunk even a little bit. I just
want something positive for him and the rest of us to
grasp a hold of. So please continue praying for his
complete healing, for his doctors, and for a possible
experimental trial drug if that is the direction God
wants to go. Also pray for good news to come from the
scans and X-rays he will have next month.

I just wanted to give you
an update on my father (David Fry). He went to the
Doctor again. They think the cancer has pretty well
closed off the airway in the one lung. He is finding it
a little harder to breathe. They are going to check in
Indianapolis to see if there are any clinical trials
available there for the type of cancer he is diagnosed
with. It was not the best news but we are still
believing for a miracle. Please continue to pray for my
father's complete healing from cancer. Pray for his
doctors too. Pray that they are given wisdom in
treating of my dad and that God helps them find a way
where there does not seem to be one. We are praying for
an experimental drug (clinical trial) to come available
but will take healing in any way that God wants to do it
whether it is Supernatural or from medicine.
I thank you for all your prayers in that last several
months. I am looking forward to giving you an update of
Good News as it comes in.

Just wanted to
give you an update on my father (David) who was
diagnosed with stage IV cancer, with cancer in the lung
and a rib, and given a year to live back in November
2007. He just went to the Doctor on September 10
(today). This was a different Doctor than he normally
sees. Dr. was surprised about how good he looks after
looking at scans from several months ago. He said he
does not look like someone with stage IV cancer. The
Dr. said the new medication may have shrunk the cancer a
little. He said it definitely has not gotten any bigger
in the last several months. The Doctor was going to
call and try to get my dad on a very new and promising
trial drug. That is good news because God can heal
through medicine. Also, they want to put a stint in his
lung to open it up some. They are going to do a scope
of his lung to check it out first. I, for some reason,
believe that good news will come out of this scope of
the lungs.
Anyway, thank you for your prayers and I ask for your
continued prayers on his complete healing from cancer (1
Peter 2:24).

I just wanted to update you on the prayer request for my
father (David). Well, the doctor said the cancer is
growing and the Chemo has not been helping. Lets just
say the words from the doctor were not good. They are
going to try another drug if they can get insurance to
pay for it. It is very expensive. Though the word from
the doctor was not good, I know the WORD of GOD says my
dad is going to be just fine (1 Peter 2:24). Please
pray for the complete healing of my father from cancer.
Pray that the cancer shrinks and dies and my father
lives. Also, pray for my mother and the rest of the
family. It has been tough on them. Pray that God will
lift them up and that they will not lose faith but
continue to be positive and believe. Thank you so much
for all of your prayers.

I just wanted to update you on the prayer request for my
father (David). He had a PET Scan on 3/12/2008. The
scan showed that the cancer is not growing and it may be
shrinking. It did show two new small spots in the lung
that he has the cancer in. The doctor is not sure
if the new spots are cancer but they were abnormal
spots. My dad is still in good spirits and feeling
well. He is starting another round of chemo (this chemo
is a new type that the doctors have heard works really
well and does not make you feel as sick). Please
continue praying for him. Pray that he stays positive
through this trial in his life and of course pray for
his complete healing. I believe when he IS healed he
will have a positive ministry that will help many
people.
Thank you so much for your prayers for my father and I.
Though we may be strangers, I am glad to be a part of
your Christian family. I will keep you updated as the
positive news rolls in.
